Reporting mobile app issues

It is best to reporting issues with the GeoCoach mobile app from within the app itself.

This is because reporting an issue from the app will provide us with essential data from your device which will help diagnose the issue.

Start by opening up the app drawer and selecting ‘Report an issue’.






Next select ‘Report an issue’.






GeoCoach will take a moment to collect the data required to help diagnose your issue.



Once this step is complete GeoCoach will open a new email to our support address.




Please describe the issue you have encountered in the email and feel free to add any additional information you may think is relevant.

Please do not remove the attached GeoCoach.zip file from the email.
