GeoCoach analyzes GeoGuessr-style rounds. To do that it has to handle your screenshots and your account — this page says exactly what that means, and what it deliberately does not do.
The short version. We store the rounds you analyze and the account you sign in with. We do not sell anything, we run no advertising or analytics trackers, and the browser extension reads only the game tab you press the button on. You can delete everything from inside the app.

We do not collect your name, your location, your browsing history, or anything from sites other than the one game tab you explicitly capture.
The extension exists so you do not have to screenshot and upload by hand. It is deliberately narrow.
openguessr.com or worldguessr.com. Each package requests access only to its own game. It does not request access to the rest of the web.Only when you press the Coach this round button or its keyboard shortcut. It takes a picture of the visible game tab at that moment — and a second one after rotating the view 180°, if you leave that option on — then sends them to GeoCoach and restores your view. It does not run in the background, does not watch you play, and captures nothing on any other tab.
Your sign-in token, your skill level, your game mode and the server URL, in Chrome's extension storage. The sign-in token is what keeps you logged in; signing out removes it.
It shows no answers inside the game. The panel confirms the round was captured and points you at the site. That is a deliberate design choice, not an accident — the coaching costs you a trip away from the round you are playing.

That is the complete list. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and there is no advertising network, analytics tracker, or session recorder on this site.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Screenshots and round data sit on an encrypted disk. Passwords are handled by Supabase and never reach our server. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our server.
GeoCoach is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and say so in the app. Continuing to use GeoCoach after a change means you accept it.
